1.2367 (DM3X)

Developed instead of 2365, it is the steel preferred in manufacturing where high temperature

resistance is required. It provides both higher hardness and higher wear resistance.

Description

Its mechanical properties at high temperatures are better than 2343 and 2344.

For example, it provides a longer working time in copper and brass extrusion

dies compared to others. It is also produced by EFS and ESR method.

APPLICATION AREAS

It can be used with superior performance in all applications where 1.2365 steel is used.

An excess of 2% chromium means less high-temperature wear.

The hardness of use can be 1 – 2 Rc more.
